Screening Criteria Disclosure 1. All applicants must have the security deposit in the form of check, money order or cashier's check at time of applying. 2. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports. We offer a complimentary credit/background check for application of tenancy. 3. All applicants must have adequate source of income/employment or adequate funds available for at least 6 months of rent, utility costs and living expenses. 4. Applicants must be able to pass credit screening. All credit screening must show an absence of collections, judgments, liens, no evictions, and a positive history of paying all debts in timely manner. 5. We offer a 6-month lease then it goes month to month thereafter. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, and electricity). 6. Maximum occupancy is 2 people for a 1-bedroom unit, 4 people for a 2-bedroom unit. 7. Sorry we do not allow pets.
