Close to public transit, shopping, parks, walking paths, dining, and a major shopping mall. The room is fully furnished with a storage bed, dresser, small desk, large TV with Amazon Fire stick, and refrigerator in room. All linens provided. There is a washer and dryer on premises and a full gym (waiver required). Beautiful, recently landscaped backyard great for relaxing. Storage shed on property and in the summer a full kitchen garden. Communal space is shared with two dogs, a cat and six chickens so always a fresh supply of organic eggs. Lots of parking availability. All utilities included, including high speed internet and many streaming channels. Home is professionally cleaned every month and a half or so. Mostly private bath, guests and I only use the restroom. I work from home two days a week and it's a very laid back household. Full kitchen access as well as the rest of the house and yard.
