Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Big fenced backyard with a patio. In-unit laundry. Big driveway with plenty of off-street parking, no fighting for street spots. Two full bathrooms, so we'll have flexibility on how to split them up. 6 minutes to Westminster Station (B-line to Union Station in about 15). 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 10 to Old Town Arvada, 30 to downtown Boulder. Walking distance to Waddell Park. Quick access to I-25, US-36, and I-76, which makes ski weekends way easier. King Soopers, Natural Grocers, and Chuze Fitness are all 5 to 8 minutes away. About me: I'm 22, work in software, play ultimate frisbee. Active on weekends, low-key on weeknights. Clean but not uptight. I do my own thing but down to grab dinner or hang on the patio.
