Hello thank you for looking at the Douglas St. Apartment studios. This building is in a 1920's brownstone walk-up in a great midtown location, 2 blocks from Dillions and the Uptown dinner theater. The Building has well lit off street parking and locking exterior doors for security. The building interior gets cleaned every two weeks and Hawks pest control comes on property once a month. We have one studio with bath unit available. Residents pay electric only. All units have hardwood floors and ceiling fans. No laundry on-site. Off street parking, but reserved covered parking stalls are available for an additional $25/month. Pets are negotiable with deposit ($150 per dog and $300 per cat), plus $25/month pet rent per pet.

Dillions and Uptown Theater located 1/2 mile away and a short 10 min walk through Uptown Neighborhood. If you happen to work at Wesley hospital this is a great location. You Pay Electric Only! Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Central Heat and Air, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Assigned Parking in front of your apt. Lots of opportunity to walk pets or ride bikes.
