About Brookhollow

Welcome to Brookhollow 1 bedroom and Studio Apartments. We are located at Rock Road and Central and well hidden from the busy intersection, but within walking distance of all kinds of shopping. There is a large amount of green space next to a city creek that runs to the east of the property and is great for walking dogs. The units have laminate flooring throughout with central heat and air and the only utility we require residents to pay is electricity. We have a pool on-site and laundry with plenty of parking. Requirements: -$50 application fee per person -Income must be 3 times the amount of the monthly rent
