We've found our location to be incredibly bike/run friendly and often bike downtown for dinners, concerts, and other events as well as head down to the Deschutes River Trail for exercise which is only 3/4 mi from our house. The Quickway Mart on the corner is incredibly convenient if you need anything last minute and Albertsons and Natural Grocer are both about 1 mi away.
