We are looking to fill a single bedroom space ASAP. It has a shared bathroom with 1 other single bedroom and is in a great location in El Cajon. We are walking distance to multiple grocery stores and shopping and are 20-30min via car to SDSU. Room is being flipped from its old use very suddenly, and we are offering deals for anyone willing to take it as is before replacing carpet ect. The room is fully clean and functional; it just still has some general wear and personality. Walls can be repainted to white at request before move in. Room is not furnished items in photos are in the process of being moved. Kitchen has a full stove, oven, and dishwasher, and the room comes with a designated cabinet and pantry shelf. Bathroom has a showerhead with a hose, a bathtub, and a designated shelf and half of the cabinet. Current roomates include Rose(24 he/she/they) who works full time mostly evening shifts, Cesar(23 he/him) who works full time time various shift shcedules, Hades(he/him) a playful tuxedo cat who loves toys and naps, and Rhea(she/her) a sweet tortishell cat who likes to watch birds and politely ask for bites of your chicken. Kailey (25, she/her) is moving out Sept 1, but you may meet her if you move in during August. We are all generally tidy and stick more to our rooms but are not unfriendly; we are looking for someone who is reasonably clean, open with communication, and respects everyone's space and belongings.
