Looking for a roommate to rent this bedroom in my condo in Webster (off the 94, less than 10 minutes from downtown San Diego). Room has a closet with mirror doors and is freshly painted. My bedroom has its own bathroom, so the hallway bathroom would be all yours. The condo's third bedroom has been converted to a laundry and storage room, so it has a washer and dryer (no paying for laundry!). That also means we will be 2 people in a space designed for at least 3. It has a large patio, and you can see all of the plants out of the bedroom window. The kitchen and living room are open and well lit from windows. Two dogs live here, along with me (the owner of the condo). No other pets please. Please note there is no smoking of any kind allowed in the condo or on the complex premises. Immediately available for move-in. Rent is $1100 plus shared utilities (internet and electricity only). There is a security deposit of one month's rent. Right now the bedroom has a sofa bed in it. If you need a bed, you're welcome to use it. If you have a bed, I will get rid of the couch.
