Lease terms

First month's rent and security deposit due at signing, and all occupants must be listed on the lease agreement. No smoking or pets allowed. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Property owner pays for water - additional fees apply for additional renters over two (3rd and 4th occupants). Process and Criteria: We will accept any application that meets the following criteria: -background check: no housing court or criminal activity recorded, and -credit score of 620+, and -whose references provide acceptable feedback, and -HH income must be 3x the rent -all adults (18+) on the lease must complete the Zillow background and credit check We reserve the right to deny any application if it does not meet the above criteria or if we are unable to verify the requested information. We will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, ancestry, disability, national origin, military status. On request we will provide a copy of the lease and House Rules via email in advance to applicants for review.
