  • All residents with pets must sign the Pet Addendum and provide a photo of the pet, which will be kept in the resident lease file. Pet fees include a one-time non-refundable payment of $350 due at move-in, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and breed and weight restrictions apply.
