Available November 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027 Three-month minimum required during peak season, with preference given to January March or longer seasonal stays. Shorter stays may be considered during November, December and April based on availability. No automatic renewal or holdover without written approval *Rent $9,000 per month, plus applicable taxes and association fees. Optional golf access is $500 additional per month, plus any required transfer fees. $10,000 refundable security deposit $500 non refundable pet fee Returned check or failed electronic-payment fee Up to $250 towards utilities each month, anything more will be paid by tenant The first month's rent and refundable security deposit are due upon execution of the lease and receipt of association approval to secure the reservation. One-half of the remaining rental balance is due no later than 60 days before the commencement date, and the final rental balance is due no later than 30 days before the commencement date. Tenant shall not receive possession, keys, gate credentials, amenity access or use of the golf cart until all required funds have been received and cleared. *Garage has availability for 1 car parked, 1 space reserved for golf cart. Extra parking available in driveway. *Must follow Heritage Landing HOA rules and regulations. *Owner may retain one locked closet or designated storage area and storage space in garage.
