Very quiet but only a two minute walk to bars and restaurants, including the Edgewater Beer Garden, Suzette Bakery, and Playa bowl. Great neighbourhood and very hot right now.
The house is bright all day long. Upgrades include all new appliances, sink and countertops in the kitchen, including an induction stove and full-sized dishwasher. The upstairs has refinished hardwood floors throughout, two bedrooms, and french doors that open up to a deck for indoor/outdoor living.
