Sleeping Arrangements: 1 queen bed (in the bedroom). 1 single bed (alcove area adjacent to living room) The kitchen is fully stocked, including all pots, pans, and dishes. The living space is fully furnished (couch, chairs, dining table) and features a gas fireplace. Location & Vibe Tree-line peace! The windows face the National Forest; an unobstructed view of trees gives it a true "in the mountains" vibe. Utilities & Details Internet, trash, water, and snow removal are included. The renter must move heat and gas to their name during occupancy. (Gas is only necessary if using the fireplace.) Estimated Winter Heat: About an additional $350 a month. Location: The unit is on the third floor. Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis. Skiing Access The ski-back trail is above the unit walk to it in your boots! Ski down the trail to the village, then hop on the Village Gondola to Cannon. At the end of the day, leave from the top of Chair 7 (Cannon), ski down the trail, take your skis off at the building, and walk just a few indoor steps to the unit's front door.
