Property has deteriorated somewhat during last rental period so will be rehabilitated now with a new bid ROOF, plus two exterior doors, some fresh… exterior painted trim, and landscaping rehabilitation, as it has nice gardens there, but overgrown a bit now. Lots of yard space for pool, kids, animals, gardens, etc Huge attic under development with drop-down stairs in place fr 4th bedroom or 800 sq. ft of storage... I personally love ATTICS as a DAY-SLEEPER. I have "lived" and slept in fantastic developed attics in California heat, for 50+ years and they are quiet, dark and COLD when properly insulated and air-conditioned, as a separate room.
