There is a twelve foot glass opening onto the screened lanai giving you a panoramic view of the golf course. There is a marble top table in the dining room for a more formal dining experience. The master bedroom, also overlooking the 12th fairway, is furnished with a king-size bed and TV. It has a large, walk-in closet and private bath, with double sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds and large closet. Relax in the cozy den which includes a sofa and a Daybed, large screen Home Theater and wireless high-speed Internet access. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a ceramic cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided except the food. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the unit. Linens and towels are also provided The golf membership transfer and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse/second person access to the club facilities such as eighteen-hole golf course, aquatic driving range, putting green, fitness center, plus clubhouse restaurant with food and beverage service, pro shop bocca and tennis facilities. Walking/biking distance to the brand new Coconut Point Town Center which contains over 1.8 million square feet of specialty stores, department stores, bookstores, entertainment venues, plus dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful Mediterranean-style open-air pedestrian environment.
