This is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, full kitchen home with its own washer and dryer. Local wildlife visitors include elk, deer, turkeys, fox, and the occasional (skittish) blackbear. This rental is a carriage house, completely separate from the main house with a shared driveway. High speed internet, trash, and water are included in the monthly cost. Electricity/ gas are paid by tenant. This property used to be an Airbnb for Red Rocks and is currently furnished with rustic-chic decor to fit in with our place in the foothills. If unfurnished is preferred, we can move furniture. We are currently looking for a 6 or 12month lease. Thanks!
