Last months rent is due at signing, along with the security deposit. There is a strict no smoking policy. Up to two dogs will be allowed but no other animals, including cats. Owner will provide lawn (sprinklers must remain on throughout the year) and pest services. No travel trailers, utility trailers, boats, vehicles larger than a pickup truck, broken down vehicles, or vehicles under temporary covers are allowed at the property unless they are in the garage, per the home owners association. Additional HOA rules include: no garbage buildup on property anywhere, no outbuildings (including sheds and portable carports), no street parking unless a 48 hour notice is given to HOA due to a special event, no basketball hoops out front, and certain dog breeds will not be allowed.
