This ranch style brick home was 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It is located on the North side of Crestview just off Old Bethel Rd.… I've replaced the roof, windows and the kitchen cabinets. It has a microwave, smooth top electric range, refrigerator and dishwasher as well. Tile flooring is in the kitchen and dining area. French doors open to the laundry room and a large backyard with a beautiful fig bush.
I've renovated this home and tried to make it a place I would be proud to live in. It's all electric and the HVAC system is not old. With the new windows this house is very energy efficient.
I'd like to find a tenant who would take care of it like it was his/her own. It's a small house - app 1200 square feet with a carport in a good neighborhood. It wouldn't be right for a large family. I love pets but this house does not have a fenced back yard so a large dog would not do well. I will consider a small dog or cat if you have references.
The house will be available around 7/5/26. I'm sorry, I can be more exact. My current tenant is leaving 6/21 but will be back this week to clean. Rent is $1400 per month and Security is $1400. I prefer a quick phone interview before showing the house or you can write and tell me about yourself. I'd love to know when you would like to move in, number of people who would be living there, pets, income, etc.
