Large one bedroom apartment in historic downtown Everett building. Great location within walking distance to downtown and close to public transit. This unit has office/ hobby room , large walk-in closet and card operated laundry on site. We do require a 12-month Residential Rental Agreement. A comprehensive reusable tenant screening report will not be acceptable for purposes of evaluating the tenant s history. Criteria for acceptance as Tenant(s): 1. Rental History: Your current and/or prior landlords will be contacted to check your payment history, for any balance owing, care of property and contract violations. 2. Income: It is required that prospective tenants earn at least 3 times the amount of monthly rent. This can be combined income between 2 adults and is income before any deductions. We will require your most current paystub with your application. 3. Public Records: We will evaluate court records. We require no recent criminal history, no previous evictions, minimum amount of traffic violations, and will evaluate the amount of judgements against you. 4. Credit History: We will look at your balance, payments and overall history of paying debt. History of non-payments or high payments will result in denial of application.
