Lease Terms & Policies The property is offered with a 12-month lease at $2,300 per month. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon lease signing (subject to application approval). Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water/sewer, trash (if separately billed), internet, cable, and any other utility services during the lease term.
