Lease terms

Total occupancy cannot exceed four persons. Rates include lawn service, trash & recycle collection, interior & exterior pest control and utilities. Utilities include, electric, gas, cable and internet. Rental Policy Security deposit - $1,000 Housekeeping fee - $250 if house is not left clean. Temporary resident ID - $50 per person (optional) This is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed within property limits. Rental Process Reservations are accepted by phone or email. Rental agreement must be signed and returned with the reservation deposit within seven days of reservation. Final payment, including security deposit is due 60 days prior to the start date (unless time does not permit). Security deposit will be returned, less housekeeping fee within 15 days of departure provided there are no damages. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, your reservation deposit and rental payments are refundable (less administration fee) only if a rental is secured for the same period at the same rate. Driving Distances Lake Sumter Landing - 6 minutes Spanish Springs - 14 minutes Walmart - 8 minutes Publix - 6 minutes Restaurants - 10 minutes or less Summary The Villages is an active 55 plus community. Play golf on one of the 32 executive or 11 championship courses. Enjoy live entertainment in the town squares nightly. Other activities include: swimming, tennis, softball, ballroom dancing, bowling, bird watching, line dancing, playing bridge, woodworking, and painting.
