The **middle level offers two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom creating comfortable accommodations for larger groups. On the **ground level, you'll find the resort-style outdoor living area, pool access, and laundry room along with an additional refrigerator for added convenience. The stunning updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar perfect for gathering with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area overlooks the sparkling pool and comfortably seats eight guests. Step outside to your own private resort-style oasis. Enjoy the pool and spa, unwind in the covered lounge area, dine al fresco under the covered seating area, or fire up the grill for a memorable evening outdoors. For even more fun, challenge your family and friends to a game of ping pong or cornhole. If you'd like to explore the area on two wheels, bicycles may be available during your stay just let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to help arrange them. **With spacious accommodations, resort-style amenities, and a layout designed for both togetherness and privacy, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.** *Please note there is a $28.57 a night charge for pool heat. Other fees may apply. *In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
