You will enjoy the new kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining table overlooks the pool area and seats 8. The primary bedroom en suite bathroom is spacious and luxurious with a tub and shower. The resort style pool and spa sits beside private covered seating and dining area with a grill. The laundry room is located on the first floor along with an additional refrigerator. There is also a ping pong table. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help! *Please note there is a $28.57 a night charge for pool heat. Other fees may apply. *In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
