We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment for rent and available now close to downtown Cottage Grove. Unit rests above a salon and vacant commercial unit. This is month-to-month lease and Renters Insurance required and due at time of signing. Pets are accepted upon approval basis only with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet, $250 for additional pets. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid ID to be accepted. Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, bank statements, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
