We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment for rent and available now close to downtown Cottage Grove. Unit rests above a salon and vacant commercial unit.
This is month-to-month lease and Renters Insurance required and due at time of signing.
Pets are accepted upon approval basis only with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet, $250 for additional pets.
When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid ID to be accepted.
Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent.
Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, bank statements, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc.
A minimum of two rental references is preferred.
Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene.
Pets are accepted upon approval basis with an additional $500 for first pet and $250 for each pet thereafter.
We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications.
Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver's license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned within one hour of checking it out.
