SHORT TERM / SEASONAL SPECIAL -- Summer 2026 - $2,400 The monthly rent includes Village Amenity fee, sewer & trash collection). Garbage pick-up is twice a week. Also included water and sewer, pest control, lawn care, resident gate passes, and internet charges including 4 Roku devices (one for each TV). In addition, you will have access to "country club"-ish dining. At least one person who resides in the home must be above the age of 55. Children under age 18 can visit but are not allowed for long-term stay (one year).
