Quiet neighborhood close to A schools. This a Cul-de-Sac residence. Great for a professional couple.… Upstairs bathroom shower/tub remodeled in June 2026. The stairs and carpet in both bedrooms replaced in June 2026. The entire interior of the home was painted in May of 2026. The wooden fence was repaired in May of 2026. The exterior home and driveway was pressured washed in June of 2026. The exterior white wood siding was replaced in January of 2026. A community pool is available for tenant use. The next door tenant on one side is a snowbird. The other home next door is a long time great neighbor. I have owned and was a resident here in this home since 2004. I moved 45 minutes away to Brevard County in 2018 for a new job. Both my grown kids have been residents at different times yet moved on. I am a active responsive landlord. I own multiple rentals and have for many years. I would like responsible stable tenants that take pride in their residence and community.
