Lease terms

This is a non-smoking property (no smoking or vaping permitted inside the unit). A one year lease and a security deposit of $1,450 are required upon signing. Residents are responsible for gas and electric utilities, which must be placed in the tenant's name prior to move-in. A $50 flat monthly fee covers water and sewer services. For pets, this unit strictly allows cats only; no dogs or other animals are permitted on the property at any time, including temporary pet sitting. Any approved animal must be disclosed prior to lease signing. The landlord handles all lawn care and seasonal gardening maintenance. Tenants are responsible for snow removal on their private walkways, prompt trash removal in accordance with city schedules, maintaining renter's insurance throughout the lease term, and immediately reporting any maintenance needs to the landlord.
