The home can be rented for $850 a month. Need first, last month rent plus one month security deposit to move in. 2 pets maximum. One time $250 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee per animal. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. Maximum pet weight limit is 25lbs. If the pet is larger than 25lbs, it needs to be approved on a case by case basis If there are appliances in the home, they are provided for convenience of tenants. We don't replace or repair any appliances. You would need to bring your own appliances if not working.
