The studio is a small zen space with a private patio shaded by a lovely tree canopy. You have your own long driveway as well. The entrance is through Potter Alley. The is surrounded by mature landscaping that is managed by a professional landscaper. The rental is managed by the homeowner. This cozy studio is a short walk from the University of Oregon, from the shops and restaurants of 13th Avenue, from McMenamins and the other restaurants on 19th. There are two beautiful parks nearby. It is also is close to bus lines. No smoking on the premises. No parties or large gatherings. No loud music or other noise disturbances. No pets. The unit is quite small and is only suitable for one person. The applicant must have a credit rating of 690. Applicant must show proof of steady and reliable income totaling 3x rent. Must have positive rental/mortgage history and pass a background check evaluated in accordance with Oregon law. No co-signers. Proof of renter insurance required during tenancy. Applications open at 7 a.m. Eugene time Saturday, August 8 and close once the unit is rented. There is no application fee. Details about how to apply will be sent to anyone expressing interest in an application. Complete applications will be processed in the order they are received. A group application (more than one person) is considered complete when all adults (18 and older) wishing to live in the house together have each filed a complete application.
