No smoking on the premises. No parties or large gatherings. No loud music or other noise disturbances. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Due to the cottage-style layout, bedroom size, and single-bathroom capacity of this historic 1930s home, maximum household occupancy is limited to 4 people.
Each applicant must have a credit rating of 700. Applicants must show proof of steady and reliable income totaling 2.5 x rent. All adult tenants must apply and be on the lease, have positive rental/mortgage history, and pass a background check evaluated in accordance with Oregon law. No co-signers.
