It's zoned for Marshall High, which is ranked No. 9 best public high school in Virginia for 2025-2026 by the U.S. News & World Report. Rent is $2,850/month plus utilities, which is below market rate as my parents are hoping to find responsible tenants who will take good care of the home while they are away. The apartment is one of two fully separate legal units on the property, with its own private entrance, new roof, new bathrooms, fresh paint, a huge eat-in kitchen, and all-new stainless steel appliances, including your own washer and dryer in the separate laundry room. Ample parking is available. The unit also features a large backyard for the tenant's enjoyment, which I will maintain weekly. Ideal lease team is 6 months (9/15/26-3/14/27), furnished only.
