This beautiful studio is located in one of the historic buildings of NW Portland, but has a completely renovated kitchen and upgrades in the bathroom… that give you modern comforts. The unit is on the 3rd floor and faces the courtyard so it is peacefully quiet with lots of green trees right outside the window and no noise from the street. It is a studio, but the glass french doors that close off the kitchen help create great separation from the eating and sleeping spaces. There is a huge hallway closet between the main room and bathroom with lots of built in shelves, drawers, and hanging space. The original built-in murphy bed was removed and renovated to create a second closet with even more hanging space and shelves.
The completely renovated kitchen also includes a bistro table and L-shaped bench seat in front of the window which creates a cozy and bright space to eat.
The building includes shared laundry and a gym as well as bike storage and a storage unit that are all located on the main floor. There is a parking lot next to the building and parking is available for this unit for a monthly fee.
The location could not be more ideal- walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops on both 21st and 23rd as well as walking distance to the Pearl District for even more options. Fred Meyers and Trader Joes are both less than 2 blocks away for easy groceries with New Seasons, Whole Foods, and Zupans also a short walk away. Five minute walk to the MAX light rail service that can take you many places including the airport.
