(no oil leaking vehicles allowed) - Any smokers? - Any special requests or requirements? - Employment? - Note that the house is NOT childproofed in any way. Variable term - 1 month to 3 months (maybe 4) - Refundable Deposit. For multi-month lease deposit is $1200. Summer Monthly rates: June = $4500 July monthly rate = $7500 August monthly rate = $7500. Security deposit required No smoking No work crews No third-party rentals Pets by pre-approval - $50 pet fee Cleaning fee - $190 Please note my "standard questions" at the end. You must be Ok with stairs to the upper floor. No puppies. Max 2 dogs. The official listing for PETS is confusing. The way the site sets it up I cannot list the max number of dogs. One can list 2 small dogs. If I list max 1 large then the site adds it up to allow 3 dogs. Its 2 small dogs or one large dog. Funds must be available at time of payment. Must accept that there have been no special accommodations made for any age group or special needs. No overnight guests. Only those listed at time of rental allowed overnight. No smoking on property. No sublet. Available for MAXIMUM 3 months (maybe 4).
