One Year Lease Required. NO Smoking and NO Pets (exception may be made for add-on rental fee soley at landlord's discretion. All utilities, garbage and trash pickup services are the tenant's responsibility. Lease requires tenant(s) to upkeep both interior and exterior of property to good and neat standards - This includes lawn cutting (weekly during warmer seasons) with grass edging and trimming of new growth from weeds and bushes to maintain spaces on rental property. Using the yard for collective storage of items is absolutely NOT allowed - Yard premises are to stay clear of any debris and/or items in need of repair or presenting eyesores to neighbors or community. Also, trampolines, pools, basketball goals, etc. are NOT allowed as such items violate the property insurance policies regarding liabilities. Tenant Rental Insurance must be acquired by tenant for coverage of tenant owned furnishings and belongings. Late rent charges are $10 per day if not mailed in time to be received by last courtesy day determined within rental lease agreement.
