    The property was great architecturally but nothing has been updated. The paint has never been removed and refreshed so it looks like there are years of paint coats. The basement with w/d was outside and in a dark, not very clean area. My son didn't even want to go down. Parking is horrible as it is in a tricky downtown location. The agent was kind and answered all my questions.
