Lease terms

To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, please review our house rules. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home safe, comfortable, and clean for everyone! Please note that the listed price is for one occupant only. Each room can accommodate a maximum of two tenants. If there is a second guest staying in the room, an additional $400 per month will be added to the rental rate. House Guidelines No Parties or Loud Noise Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Shared Space & Cleaning Keep shared areas clean The kitchen, living room, and other common areas must remain tidy at all times. No personal items in shared spaces Please do not leave personal belongings in the kitchen, bathroom, or other common areas. Clean up after yourself Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and leave the bathroom and kitchen in the condition you found them. Home Security & Care Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture. If you must, return everything to its original position before check-out. Florida Wildlife & Pests Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. Security Camera A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone's safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don't unplug or tamper with it during your stay. Thank you for helping us keep our home comfortable and welcoming for everyone!
