Lease Details Available: November 6, 2025 Term: 6 12 month lease (association approval required) Rent: unfurnished 21500 per month Renter is responsible for utilities 1. The security deposit may also be applied to any unpaid monthly rent or any unpaid utilities ( water, electric, gas trash.....) 2. This lease agreement is valid as long as the Tennant pays the first months rent as well as the security deposit within 24 hours of signing the lease 3. The lease is valid for 1 year from signing and if the lease is broken prior to the term of 1 year the tenant is responsible for the remainder of the term. 4. if their is any items in need of repair that may cause damage to the remainder of the house the tenant is to report immediately to Midwest reality 5. the payment due date will be 5 days before the start of the month for the next month's rent If the tenant is not able to fulfill the responsibilities of paying the rent/ utilities with in 5 days of the beginning of the month the landlord will give 1st warning then second time will give a second warning then the landlord after the third occurrence reserves the right to evict the tenant and the tenant will be responsible for all the costs associated with the eviction process 6. if at any time illegal substances are discovered in the house the landlord reserves the right to evict the tenant 7.The tenant is responsible for keeping the house clean and be respectful to the neighbors . 8. Midwest/owner is Not responsible of any misuse of the appliances or any accidents that occur inside the home or on the property .
