Lease terms

*Term Options: Available for short-term (1-6 months), mid-term (6-12 months) * Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior approval from the property manager and may be subject to additional fees or deposits. * Utilities: Not Included * Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required upon lease signing. * Maintenance: The property manager will handle major maintenance and repairs, while minor maintenance may be the responsibility of the tenant. * Renewal Options: Tenants may have the option to renew the lease upon expiration, subject to mutual agreement and any changes in rental terms. * Termination: Early termination of the lease may incur penalties as outlined in the lease agreement. * Occupancy Limits: Maximum occupancy limits will be specified in the lease agreement and must be adhered to by guests/tenants. * Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. * Parking: There are only four parking spaces available on the property. Tenants are required to comply with the parking regulations outlined in the lease agreement. * Property Condition: The property is fully furnished and will be delivered in a clean and habitable condition, and tenants are responsible for maintaining it in such condition throughout the lease term. * Property Showings: Property showings are permitted, prospective tenants must first contact the property manager to arrange an appointment. These terms are subject to negotiation and agreement between the property manager and the tenant.
