The neighbors on the side of you haven't been there in over a year and been 2 times since the pandemic. It's their vacation beach condo. Super nice people. The neighbors upstairs are also rarely there and come every month or 2 for just a couple days. It's the quietest location:) My favorite! The condo has a car port reserved parking spot and plenty of Visitor spots that are close and available to the Unit. *New* Electric Vehicle charging parking Is available for purchase through the HOA if needed. There are numerous local activities to enjoy in the area. Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner at the Seafood Restaurant at the pier, visit the weekly Farmer's Market, bike or walk the nature trails, enjoy a lighthouse tour. Go whale watching or boating out of the harbor. Take a Channel Islands boat trip to explore the adjacent islands up close and personal. Camarillo Outlets are minutes away, as is downtown Ventura, with it's abundant shopping, marina, boat rentals, restaurants, and night life. Visit the Carnegie Museum in downtown Oxnard, or the nearby Maritime Museum. Port Hueneme Naval base is 1/2 mile away. You can see the Navy ships coming into port. Local festival and concerts are abundant, including the Ventura County Fair and our own Port Hueneme Beach Fest! Port Hueneme is central to Malibu and Ventura, and is one of the last Southern California locations where you can enjoy an uncrowded day at the beach. It is convenient to the Navy Base Ventura County, the Point Mugu Naval Air Station, and California State University, Channel Islands. The beach is quiet and family-friendly with beach volley balls and picnic areas by the pier. The pier is a popular fishing spot and the surfing is world class. Port Hueneme provides easy access to Santa Barbara, Ventura, Malibu, Santa Monica, Hollywood and the rest of the Los Angeles metro area. The club house is available for rent for special events. It is $50 through the HOA and they have tables and chairs to set up as well. Great for birthday parties, baby showers or even business meetings. Wi-fi is free and available in the clubhouse.
