It is on the quiet north end of the beach with no public beach access. The views of the Gulf of Mexico, Big Pass and South Lido Beach are extraordinary. The condo's 26 foot expanse of tinted, hurricane poof glass doors on the lanai offer ever-present views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the Lanai, Living Room and Primary Bedroom. This Beach home is 1440 sq. ft. which includes the 6'x26' lanai. The perfect place to enjoy cocktails and Siesta Key's beautiful sunsets. The decor is relaxed, comfortable and beach practical with original art. The living room furniture includes a leather Stressless recliner and 2 Italian leather swivel chairs. There is a Samsung 65" TV in the living room, a 55" TV in the primary bedroom and a 40" TV in the guest bedroom/den. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower & dual sinks, as well as a walk-in closet with a dressing area, large mirror and built in dresser. Your guests will enjoy a comfortable queen bed in the second bedroom, immediately next to the 2nd bath with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is a small breakfast area with a window in the back of the kitchen that functions well as an office. The condo has 2 large utility/storage closets + a 4'x8'x9' lockable storage room in the hall just outside the condo, great for storage of suitcases, golf clubs and water sport accessories. Whispering Sands is a beautifully landscaped property, with an ocean-side pool that is right on the beach and a 2nd pool at the Clubhouse that overlooks a large lagoon, great for swimming laps. The Clubhouse gym has been expanded and has all new state of the art equipment + multiple conversation areas, card tables and a kitchen. A variety of social activities and classes, including bridge and pool aerobics are offered. The Tower Lounge, for tower residents only, overlooks the ocean side pool, beach and the Gulf of Mexico. With over 40 ft. of floor to ceiling sliding glass door the views are exceptional. It has a full kitchen and can be reserved for private events as can the Tiki Hut -Barbeque area just off the beach.
