Bedrooms and living room have individual A/C modules with energy efficient Mitsubishi split system. This is an end unit which had windows in the bedrooms, kitchen and living room, and also has a large sliding glass door that opens to the lanai. Condo has ocean views as well as Haleakala Crater views. Many days you can enjoy the ocean breezes and not have to run the A/C units. Two water heaters make sure no one has to take a cold shower after a great day at the beach, even when using the full-size washer/dryer. Living room has a L-shaped couch and a large screen Smart TV, as well as four stools for indoor dining at the granite island counter under a tropical palapa. Lanai has seating for four and ocean view, across the street from Cove Beach and Kalama Park. Swimming pool and BBQs are on the 2nd floor of the building. Great location with grocery store, restaurants, bars, and shops only a short walk away, as well as first floor businesses in the building, including surfboard rentals, bike shop, cafe, massage, scuba, and Pacific Whale Foundation, among others.
