One designated parking space is provided at the home. One additional vehicle may be parked in the community overflow parking area. This home is designed to comfortably accommodate two adults. Per community rules, long-term residents must be 35 years of age or older. Lease terms of 3 or 6 months are available. Utilities, T-Mobile Internet, and yard maintenance are included in the rent. Tenants provide their own streaming services. Monthly inspection and cleaning of the window A/C units will be performed by the owner to ensure proper operation. No pets are permitted. Service animals required by law are welcome. Tenants are responsible for all cleaning, deodorizing, pest treatment, repairs, and any other costs resulting from unauthorized animals or animal-related damage. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere inside the home or lanai.
