New SwimSpa pool! 191 Miami St, Miramar Beach, FL 32550, in South Walton county between Destin and 30A.) The Private Beach Access at Hollywood street is short 5 min. easy walk. We provide everything you need to enjoy your Destin Vacation. There is no Age limit. We welcome any responsible group (+deposit if under 25). Pets welcome with a $150 pet fee (for the first 2 dogs, more possible) 1st bedroom: Queen over Queen Bunk, Blackout curtains. TV. Share the Hallway bathroom shower/tub with 3rd room. 2nd Bedroom, Blackout curtains. Queen Size Bed + Queen over Queen Bunk, TV Private large En suite bathroom with dual vanities, shower/tub. 3rd Bedroom 1 King Size Bed, Blackout curtains, TV. En suite bathroom shower/tub (access from hallway also) The Living Room has one queen sofa bed and an additional couch. All rooms have Smart TVs with your favorite streaming channels. We also put memory foam mattresses in all the beds for a good night's sleep. All linens and towels provided (Blue beach towels provided) Kitchen & Living area: The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing yummy meals with a large dining table (seats 12) and a kitchen bar area that seats 6. There is an extra "Beer" fridge in the laundry room right off the kitchen. Air Fryer is in there, too! Large living room with a 65" ROKU Smart TV + sound system. All apps are installed, but you should log in and log out of your own accounts. Also available: - High-Speed internet with, WiFi extends into the yard. Tested at 738Mbps. - Washer and Dryer, laundry detergent provided! - Gas grill for great cookouts, propane provided! - A seating area with a wood fire pit (wood is not provided) and a large back porch. An entertainment area with cheery and colorful outdoor seating, a bar, a large TV, and a SwimSpa pool. No sunscreen is allowed in the pool. You may incur extra cleaning charges if we must drain the water due to sunscreen. It's best to shower first. Please note: We welcome any responsible guests. However, if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25, we require an additional refundable damage deposit of $750 paid separately from your booking. If everyone in your group is under 21, we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties are allowed. We expect all guests to follow our house rules. We have a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies in the shed out back. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is an additional fee $150 for the first two dogs. Please contact us if you plan to bring more than one. You clean up. Cabana Life is our personal beach house, not just an investment. We love the beach, and we love to host. Destin/Miramar is one of our absolute favorite locations. We put our hearts and souls into this house to make it beautiful, comfortable, and fun for every group at any time of the year. Guest access We have a smart lock on the door and will send you your door code when the house is ready on your check-in day Other things to note Recently added the large heated SwimSpa! Look for the QR codes for our TapLink on your phone with easy access to information on the TVs, things around the home, beach equipment, private beach access codes, nearby restaurants, food delivery, golf cart rentals, jet ski rentals, Crab Island boats, etc. We have Ladder Toss, Corn Hole, Ping Pong and a PacMan video game arcade console! Ladder Toss and Corn Hole are perfect for a beach party! We also have an EV Charging Station for your electric vehicle. There is a 50amp RV hookup (which is where the EV Charger is connected to) and a hose so you can connect water to your RV, but sorry, no sewer hookup. There is enough room for one Class A RV, but perhaps not the largest. There are two adult bikes on the property. Adults are free to use them at your own risk. Please check the tires for inflation. There is an air pump in the laundry room if the tires need air. Just put them back on the porch when you return from your ride around the neighborhood. :) At your own risk. The shed in the backyard is packed with beach wagons, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Corn Hole games, boogie boards, strollers (you CAN take them to the beach, but they will not roll on the sand! :), and a Pack'nPlay with a built-in roof that you can take to the beach. The crib and Pack'nPlay in the house should not leave the house. All the equipment in the shed should be brushed off and hosed off at the end of your stay before being returned to the shed.
