Long term first floor tenant & myself on the 3rd floor : easy neighbors. NO SMOKING. Gas, electric costs are tenants. 34 yrs of constant upgrading which will eventually include solar / heat pumps the apartment is great for those who have imagination. No onsite laundry but the Soap Bubble is right next door. Locally owned & very clean. Natural gas Rinnai heater & Empire are efficient & clean. There is no onsite parking but I have a truck for my business & small car & have never had a problem with parking if you are someone who does not want to deal with parking issues this place is not for you. Free on street parking & a teacher's lot all summer make parking a mostly Sept through June issue, otherwise, snow storms can make for interesting neighbor meetings. Has to be seen to be appreciated. Backyard gardens & birds. Private & fenced in. Pets will be considered with vet references.
