Lease terms

The rent is $1700 which includes the cold water, sewer, trash and parking for two. Tenants pay their own utilities. There is a natural gas monitor heater in the unit that provides the heat and hot water is electric. This is a non-smoking building. One small pet may be allowed with and additional pet deposit (non-refundable). The amount is depending on the pet, but a minimum of $250. What we require for application approval: Serious inquiries only please! There is a $40 application fee per adult applicant. We do not do co-signers. You must be approved on your own merit. Good credit (650's or higher), Clean backgrounds. Good landlord references (if applicable)- no evictions. Proof of income First and security ($1,700) are due at lease signing.
