One TV in Family Room and one TV in Master Bedroom. It has two beautiful king size beds in two of the rooms with new memory foam mattresses. There is currently an office in the third room but that can be transitioned into a third bedroom. Private backyard but no fence. The home has been totally renovated with new bathrooms, new toilets and vanities. Master vanity is solid hickory and stone counter top, Moan faucets in both. Master bathroom and guest showers are white subway tile with stone flooring and glass door. Beautiful custom made Florida curtain in the guest shower. Master is a glass door. Backyard is private and spacious as well around the pool area where there is a starfruit tree and bamboo trees. Plenty of room to park boat/RV/work vehicle in the gravel driveway at the rear of the property. There is a large mango tree which produces hundreds of mangos in the summer months and a few pineapples scattered around the yard, I have a pink pineapple in the front planter as well with aloe, guava tree, bananas of several different kinds, baby avocados planted, a baby black zapote (pudding fruit), barbados cherry, loquat, plumerias.
