The main living areas (living room, dining area, and hallways) feature Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring. The sliding glass doors open up to the balcony which features unobstructed views of Maryland and downtown DC. The large bedroom (13'x 11') has a large walk-in closet and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen has VCT flooring with white appliances and standard countertop space. The kitchen is dated but can be fully renovated (to include new appliances, new flooring, and new cabinets) but rent would increase by ~$150-$200/month (pending appliance, cabinet, and fixture selections). The bathroom is also dated but can be fully renovated (to include new vanity, new tile, and new fixtures) but monthly rent would increase by ~$100-$125/month (pending final material selections). Common area hallways and lobby areas feature porcelain tile. Washer and dryer units are located on each floor. There is a convenience store located on the first floor of the building.
