Lease terms

Water, sewer, garbage, and high-speed internet are included. Heating and cooling costs are included up to $150 per month; any usage above this amount will be billed to the tenant. Tenant agrees to maintain thermostat settings within reasonable ranges (68 72 degrees in winter and 72 76 degrees in summer). Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Pets allowed with prior approval, with a $500 refundable deposit per pet (maximum of two pets). This is a fully furnished home intended for short-term or flexible stays. Lease terms are month-to-month or short-term through May, with summer rates subject to adjustment. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Tenant responsible for snow removal of walkways and driveway. Lawn care and seasonal yard maintenance are provided. Off-street and gated RV parking available.
