1 year lease. Tenant pays for utilities and is responsible to maintain the yard. Dogs may be considered with a non refundable pet fee of $300 per pet- 2 max. Our insurance company does have breed restrictions. If you have a credit score lower than 600 you will be required to pay a double security deposit. No smoking We take pride in our rental homes and hope our tenants do the same. We are attentive landlords that keep up with necessary maintenance. We do not list any of our properties on Craigslist.
