Lease terms

* Lease Term: 12-month lease. * Monthly Rent: $2,292. * Move-In Requirements: First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are due prior to move-in. Total move-in funds: $6,876. * Application & Screening: Every applicant age 18 or older must complete an application through Tenant Screening Now. Screening includes credit history, criminal background, and other standard rental screening. Application fees are paid directly by the applicant. * HOA Approval Required: All tenants must complete the Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club Lease/ Occupancy Application and be approved by the HOA prior to occupancy. Current HOA application fee: $200 (paid by the applicant). * Utilities: Water and trash collection are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity, internet, cable, and any other utilities. * Community Rules: Tenants must comply with all Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club HOA rules, regulations, parking policies, and community guidelines throughout the lease term. * No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. * Renters Insurance: Proof of renters insurance may be required prior to move-in.
