Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please use the sauna and ice bath with care, as these features are not suitable for children and use is at your own risk. Tampering with security systems, cameras, or smart devices is prohibited. Please treat the property as your own and report any broken items immediately. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the provided outdoor bins. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized occupants will result in a $500 violation fee for 13-15 people, or $800 for 16-22 people, and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Any noise disturbance resulting in a neighbor complaint or city ordinance violation will be treated as a material breach of the rental agreement.
